SALONS ARE OPEN UNDER DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES

TONI&GUY is not standing still and likes to inspire and provide you with information, products and advice. Ofcourse we do this online, but our TONI&GUY salons will be open on set days and times. Follow the Instagram account of your local TONI&GUY salon, to see the days and times.

Obviously we follow the advice of RIVM and the national government. This means that we are not allowed to do any services in our salons. We are present to sell you stylingproducts, colouringproducts or give you hair advice. We allow a maximum number of people into the salons. If a visit to one of our salons was already on your planning, you can also make an appointment in advance. This way we can help all customers and show you all products (at an appropriate distance of course).

The rules in our salons in short:
– Max 3 people in the salon
– Keep 1.5 meter distance
– Stay at home if you’re feeling sick and contact us online

What we do in stores: Our stores are cleaned extra often. Our employees advise you at an appropriate distance (1.5 meters). The stores have a door policy. This means that there are never too many customers present at the same time. This way we can advise all customers in a good and safe way and we comply with the rules of the national government.

What we expect from you: Although we are happy to welcome everyone in our stores, the government also requires you as a customer to follow certain rules. Make sure you keep a sufficient distance (1.5 meters) from other customers and our employees. Are you sick or do you not feel well? Please stay at home and chat online with our employees or come to our store at a later time. We ask for your support and understanding.

What our employees do at home: Our employees follow the hygiene measures of RIVM. If they feel sick or unwell, they stay at home. They will keep an appropriate distance (1.5 meters) and therefore will not shake hands. We ask you to be with as few people as possible when you come by.

Online advice and shopping
Would you rather stay at home? We understand that too. Our advisers are also available online. So contact your local salon by email, business WhatsApp or Instagram Direct Message. This way you can also easily order online; have your order delivered at home or collect it in one of our stores. Do you want to place an order by phone? Leave a voicemail at your local TONI&GUY salon and we get in touch by you or make the arrangements.

Advice by appointment in the store
We are happy to give you advice, whenever that should take place. It is best to do so in one of our salons, because we have access to all materials and products there. If you want to make an appointment in the salon (so that you will be helped immediately) mail us, info@toniandguy.nl or your local TONI&GUY salon. Of course you are also welcome in the shops without an appointment. But it helps us when you come by appointment to avoid crowds in the shops and to ensure a safe environment. Hope to see you again!
